We would like to share with you an important change in our business model. Starting June 28, 2024, we will focus our services exclusively on the WhatsApp Business API. On this date, our interface will be completely revamped and will offer an experience focused only on the WhatsApp Business API.

Existing Desk360 customers will be able to continue to receive service until December 31, 2025. During this period, membership renewals will be free of charge. After that date, technical support for our former interface will not be provided. However, you will be given an additional 6 months free of charge to migrate your service to a different provider. On June 30, 2026, our current service will be completely terminated and access to accounts will be closed. Your membership data will be permanently deleted on December 31, 2026.

Our new interface is currently live in Beta, and we invite you to experience it.
